To proceed with your warranty claim - we require 3 specific photos:

 Please note that all three photos are necessary to evaluate and process your claim. Claims submitted without the required images will not be processed.

1) A clear image of the hardware on the exterior of the door
2) A clear image of the side of the door
3) A clear image of the hardware on the interior of the door

Our website accepts the following file formats for uploads: JPG, JPEG, PJPEG, GIF, TIF, TIFF, PNG, DOC, DOCX, PDF, PPT, and PPTX.

Please note that ZIP, MOV, and RAR files are not supported and cannot be uploaded.
